Drilling rig KR 709-3G

Drilling rig KR 709-3G

The powerful drilling rig with vertical drill mast orientation for in-situ concret piles and H-beam pre-drilling, high-pressure injections and similar tasks in special foundation work.

Robust. Ideal for CFA applications.

Performance and stability
With 160 kW, the KR 709-3G has a very high power for this weight class. The stable chassis ensures sufficient standing stability for pile drilling work, even with maximum drill mast equipment.High torque
The new, motor-powered drill mast type 303 has higher section modulus, meaning higher torques than before can now be transferred (up to 53 kNm), among other things. For limitation and control of the Feed force, a new, remote-controlled hydraulic circuit has been developed which is an integral component of the drill mast.

Low headroom
With drill mast type 303, a detachable upper part of the drill mast facilitates working below a headroom of min. 7.6 m.

Energy-efficient work
As with almost all KLEMM drilling rigs, the EEP-Package (EEP=Energy-Efficient Power) is also included as standard with the KR 709-3G machine. This significantly reduces fuel consumption and noise emissions.

Safe operation
The radio remote control of the drilling rig for all drilling, tramming and set-up functions is in accordance with EN 16228. The drilling rig complies with EN 16228, and the “SPM” mode (Special Protective Mode) is available for working without a guard under special circumstances, and the “ROM” mode (Restricted Operation Mode) for manually changing the drill rods.Powerful hydraulics
The hydraulics system rests on a load-sensing double pump and a volume flow control independent of the load. For this new development, the operating pressure for drilling functions was increased to 350 bar

Large drilling diameters
A new clamping device type “L”, with special clamping jaws for continuous augers with a diameter of up to 610 mm and for casing pipes with a diameter of up to 660 mm, has been developed for centering and intercepting augers and casing pipes.

Advantages

Ideally primed Destined to be used both for CFA (continuous flight auger) pile drilling and low-headroom work.
Modularity The drilling rig facilitates various configurations of the drill system, and the drill mast design.
Rear jack-ups Hydraulic jack-ups on the back (optional) increase stability and pressure capability.
Telematics The optional KLEMM DataLink.AIR module for the transfer of machine, process and service data into the cloud.
